Haircut and Styling Services
I love to cut hair. It is pure instant gratification to see someone look in the mirror after their haircut and love what they see, there is just nothing like it. I think the haircut plays such an important role. A good haircut can do wonders.
When I do a haircut I like to analyze your hair first. Meaning, I like to determine what your hair texture is, discover your unique growing patterns (cowlicks and such) and determine what kind of time you have to spend on your hair everyday and how capable you are with the different styling tools and techniques and what products you use at home. My goal is to give you a style that you can duplicate at home. After all, you are walking advertisement. If you don't look good, I don't look good.
If you have an appointment and have an idea of what you would like to see, please, please bring me a picture. I have found that so many times a clients knows what they want, but have trouble expressing the terms. They may say layered, but mean tapered, or they may say they don't want layers and they really do. I've had a client tell me no layers, we look through pictures and she'd point to one and say "like that' and the picture was of layered hair. I just think pictures speak a thousand words. And if you like the bangs in one picture, the back in another and the sides in another, that's ok. I can work with that. And if it looks like something beyond your abilities to style everyday, I will discuss that with you.
