Perm & Straightener Services
Is your hair unmanageable? Is it just too flat and stuck to your head? Or is it frizzy, wavy or to curly and have a mind of its own? Whatever the problem there is usually a chemical to remedy it. The only thing about these services is that they are the most damaging to the hair. You just can't change the structure of the hair without compromising it to some degree. The key is to control the amount of damage that is done. I usually do not recommend either of these services if you have color that is processed with more than 20 volume peroxide, or with more than 10% highlighted hair. And if you have fine hair, I do not recommend these services if you are already coloring or highlighting your hair at all, you just have to choose one or the other. Fine hair is not dense enough to hold up to multiple processes. No one should do too many processes to the hair, it is just not healthy and can chemically damage the hair. And chemically damaged hair is noticeably damaged.
I will not do any service "just for the money". If your hair does not pass the elasticity test I will not do a perm or straightener . I take a lot of pride in my work and since my clients are walking around with my name on there heads, I want their hair to look really good, and healthy hair is important to me.
